How To Avoid Phishing Using Google Docs

           We all are aware of Google's cloud based service Google docs. Phishers have found a new way to create phishing pages using Google docs. Using Google docs gives a benefit to phishers or scammers, it makes phishing page looks like a trustworthy site and it is HTTP secure as well, so most of us who are not aware of the thing can just open the link and fill up the information asked on the forms without knowing that the information you are filling is going to a wrong hand.

Using inbuilt form functionality phishers simply create a form making it public and send the link to victims. One of the phishing mail which was sent to one of my friend, just have a look.

        The best we can do is to check the links we are clicking on, and Google is also aware of the attack so it keeps blocking hosted on google docs, if you people encounter with any such phihing mail you can report that to google also. The best way to remain safe and secure on internet is to be aware and alert.
